Orders placed will be shipped to your address within 1-3 business days !

If a custom order has been placed, there will of course be a longer delivery time.

All orders are shipped via PostNL as letterbox package or as parcel post.

Of course, after your package has been shipped, you will receive the track and trace code by email so that you can always track your package!

The shipping costs can be found in the shopping cart after you have added your desired products. This has everything to do with the fact that the shipping costs are based on the dimensions and weight of the chosen items.

Unused and undamaged products can always be returned within 14 days of delivery.

For a return request, please send an email to infobookbijou@gmail.com. After you have contacted us, you will receive return instructions. After receiving the product and checking, you will receive the purchase amount back. Please note that the return costs are for the customer.

Please note that custom made products cannot be returned.
